Customized Gym Equipment Project - Bolt and Impacto Consultoria Partnership

PROBLEM

A client from Angola approached Impacto Consultoria, requesting modeling and manufacturing drawings for fitness equipment for a chain of gyms. The client aimed to manufacture the equipment later, finding it more cost-effective than purchasing them ready-made. Due to the substantial workload, Impacto contacted Bolt for a collaborative partnership.

SOLUTION

Initially, we conducted an ergonomic study of each piece of equipment, conducted a detailed search for measurements, and explored the most viable materials, considering durability and cost. Afterward, we carried out the modeling, simulation, and manufacturing drawings for 23 pieces of equipment.

The advantage for the client was the personalized service, allowing them to choose the color and model they desired, along with achieving a lower final cost after manufacturing!
